What You’ll Be Driving
Financial Operations & Accuracy
Maintain precision across all financial activities.
- Handle invoicing, payments and day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial data.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records.
Accounts & Reconciliation
Keep the numbers aligned and accountable.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor receivables and payables to ensure timely settlement.
- Identify and address errors before they impact operations.
Supplier & Internal Coordination
Support smooth financial communication across teams.
- Liaise with suppliers on billing, payments and account matters.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with stakeholders.
Reporting & Process Improvement
Turn financial data into clarity and control.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries.
- Support improvements in accounting processes and workflows.
- Contribute to better efficiency and accuracy across finance operations.
Governance & Values

Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles
(FMCG or fresh produce experience is an advantage) - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Mandarin proficiency is preferred for supplier communication. Bahasa Malaysia and English are an advantage.
